What I liked

I recently attended the above clinic on wednesday the 24th March 2010.

I was looked after exceptionally well, with dignity and courtesy, by all concerned, particularly by a nurse.

During my discussion with the nurse I became upset, having recently split from my long term partner. They were very kind and understanding with my situation, and provided me with support, for which I was very grateful.

Further to this, the nurse very kindly rang me the following day, of their own volition, to check that I was OK.

The nurse's action that day, made my day more bearable, simply knowing that someone cared about me.

I cannot thank them enough for their kindness.

I commend this nurse to you, for their actions.
