"Very poor"

This Community Mental Health Team continues to provide a very poor standard of service. Even after many complaints, they continue to jeopardise the care of service users. Staff never ring back and just don't care. Very poor Waterford House! You resolved previous complaints made, then they happen all over again. When someone promises to call, why don't they?
