"Excellent A and E department. WELL DONE!!"

About: West Middlesex University Hospital

I had to go to A and E yesterday as I had badly cut my leg. Yes, the wait time was long, but the excellent care I got was worth the wait. Firstly I was seen promptly by a member of staff who checked the cut and redressed it. Then we had a longish wait for another member of staff who dealt with me with such a wonderful manner. It turned into an "Enjoyable", non worrying experience. Things are not always easy, as my husband has dementia, but they even made him feel comfortable. Thank you. Janet
