I would like to thank all of the people involved in looking after my mother whilst she has been ill. From my initial 111 call, I was talked through what her initial symptoms were, which culminated in an ambulance being called and her being admitted to Hereford County Hospital.
Although her initial blood pressure and temperature readings were satisfactory, by the time we reached the hospital she had a high temperature which was noticed straight away by the nurse. We did not have to wait too long to be seen by a doctor although the hospital was clearly busy.
During Moms stay on Leadon Ward she has also been very well looked after.
It is thanks to the diligent work of all of the doctors, nurses and ancillary staff there that she has recovered so well in the matter of a few days.
So, many thanks once again to all of the people involved.
