Rang the Crisis number during a severe panic attack.
I cannot fault the help given over the phone until the person I spoke to had to go for their ward rounds.
They asked if I wanted someone to ring me, which I said yes.
However, no one rang me.
While I was told to ring back if I needed to, before the crisis team would ring me back, I didn't as I felt like I was wasting their time.
This increased as I realised that no one was going to ring me.
Just been left feeling disappointed.
"Helpful initially"
