Once I found the ward (many staff were not sure where anything was anymore due to re-modelling of the hospital) the staff were excellent. Despite the many negative comments I could not fault either the staff or the consultant involved for their care and attention. The nurses on the recovery ward were excellent and divided their time between the patients despite being under staffed
