About: Tameside General Hospital / Gynaecology

(as the patient),

Attended for daycase theatre under Mr Hanna. Want to thank all the WHU staff who cared for me in paticular Staff Nurse Sharon and Sister Janet.

Thank you to my consultant Mr Hanna who is excellent and I couldnt have been in better hands.

Finally special thanks to Charge Nurse Andy Dolan and the other theatre staff your such a special team.

Thank you Tameside Hospital your absolutely fantastic couldnt have asked for more.
