"Feeling Like a Human Being"

I had to visit A&E today due to some breathing difficulties with an ongoing chest problem.

We only waited a short while before being seen by the Triage nurse who was very helpful and tried to help.

They took all my stats and sent me back to the waiting room.

After waiting a very short time we were seen by a Doctor who in all honesty was the best doctor i have ever dealt with.

They listened to me.

They took all my details and history and tried to find the solution.

They made me feel like a human being.

All the staff we dealt with in A and E and X Ray were amazingly helpful, even though they were very busy.

The doctor made me feel at ease and even though the problem is ongoing, I feel confident knowing it is nothing serious and we have great doctors to look after us should we need them.

I can't thank them enough!
