About: Charing Cross Hospital / Urology

Firstly I want to thank all of the staff at CX for the diligent care given to my Partner and myself, during his very recent overnight stay on Riverside Ward. The Ward Sister was extremely kind and proficient. The Ward Manager went out of their way to ensure the comfort of their patients and gain their feedback. The Night Nurse who looked after my Partner was also wonderfully professional, despite being on their forth twelve hour + night shift in a row... The Surgeon was reassuringly personable, adaptable, kind and professional. And the F1 was also very kind and understanding. I want to you all to know how much of a difference you can and do make on a daily basis to the lives of those you help. In the current climate of draconian cuts handed down by those on high, it is extraordinary you are still able to do so. I wish you all the rightful recognition you so deserve for your hard labour. Thank you.
