Staff were very rude, offered no explanation of what was happening. It was unbarably hot with only a desk fan to cool a large space. Offered warm water to drink. Told countless times they're very busy, I'm 3rd in queue with nobody being called. 3 hours later with a bad laceration to my finger with my partner suffering pregnancy symptoms. I had to ask them to redress my wound so I could leave, a member of staff seemed to ignore my Autism Alert Card and branded me rude and out of order. They disrespectfully dressed my wound but not before telling me I've jumped the queue and I'm being unfair on others. I really found the whole experience quite upsetting, especially as I was in serious discomfort and had an open wound. Anyone with brains having read this will avoid at all costs. Absolutely useless
