Update on previous review. Although the reception staff were very rude yesterday, I cannot fault the actual nurse and doctors etc that i saw. They were amazing, listened to everything, were very reassuring and everything went like clockwork. I honestly cant praise them enough. Its just such a shame that the initial welcome in reception that you get lets the experience down, i heard several other people saying this as well.
