"I came in to have my gallbladder out."

I was supposed to be a day case but ended up staying in overnight. From the moment I arrived the staff was fantastic, making me feel at ease, so friendly and polite. The doctors, nurses, anesthetiser, all spoke to me before my op, they were very caring and knowledgeable, and put me at ease. After my op I was on pearl ward, where I couldn't of been so well looked after. The hospital is spotlessly clean, my room was perfect and I was treated like a queen. Always making sure I was ok and had anything I needed. This hospital and all its members of staff are fantastic, I couldn't fault them. Thank you to you all, you made me feel so cared about, you are all superstars. I really appreciate your hard work and care Hynix showed. Thank you. Sharon Cohen.
