What I liked

Our Son Thomas was treated in the day stay unit on a saturday, the staff looked after him so well, they were kind,caring, thoughtful and communicated the details of his op completely. they were only a shout away at all times. the unit was exceptionally clean , and the whole team were extremely professional. I evedn got a call a week after the op to see how Tom was doing.

it felt like we had gone private...........well done PAH
