What I liked
I was accompanying my disabled mother and found staff of all grades exceptionally helpful and friendly. Wonderful.
What could be improved
Oh those lifts. And the wheelchairs. Far too few lifts and when one was lucky enough to get into one the doors closed far too quickly. Too fast for someone young and able bodied, let alone me at 60 and not in the best of health with my 83 year old mother in a wheelchair. Again, thanks to all your wonderful staff who helped us. As for the wheelchairs. Why the locked front wheels? Why are they so heavy and difficult to control? Made my job as a carer far more difficult than it need of been.
Anything else?
Staff brilliant. Medical care brilliant.Lifts and wheelchairs total carp(ang).
