Nothing is ever a problem and too many people feel the need to complain and not praise. Doctor Fordyce as well as the receptionist at Whytemans Brae Surgery, Kirkcald are so patient, understanding, clearly aware of the equality act as it doesn't who is in front of them they remain professional and attentative.
