(as a relative),

My Mum of 101 yrs was admitted with a fractured hip and was successfully operated on. She was a further 6 weeks in hospital and I, her daughter would like to compliment all the staff there for their constant care and attention. I visited Mum every day twice a day and was never disappointed with the attitude of the personnel attending to her and to the other patients in her room in Ward 12.

I believe that loving attention is the most important factor in the healing process.
