Having been referred by my own dentist I have begun a course of treatment at the dental clinic and have visited perhaps six times to date.
From the start and consistently, I have been impressed with the quality of care I have received: technically, the clinic seems very well equipped and the staff extremely competent.
More than this, they have taken trouble to put an apprehensive patient at his ease and as part of this process to explain the purpose of each procedure and exactly what is entailed.
Desk staff are polite, helpful and efficient.
I have been treated with a level of consideration which should be a model for all practitioners and support staff.
(I would score the clinic with five stars under every heading if I understood what the 'same sex accommodation' question was about!)
