I am disappointed with the lack of phone access to the NHS Liaison department at the Springfield Hospital. Today - 25th August 2016 - the message response to my calls to 01245 234116 was that "... the office is now closed". At 10.10am?
I have left a voice message and shall review the length of time it takes for a reply.
"Poor NHS Liaison response"
