After having fallen down some stairs and hurting my shoulder I went to the clinic expecting to have a long wait, I was in, seen, and out the door within 1/2 an hour, amazing! The staff were helpful and fully explained my injury and why I have the symptoms I have, as well as what to do to treat it. Will definitely look to go to the Walk In Centre if I have a problem in the future and help to take the strain off of the A&E department.
