"Attendance at A&E"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital / Accident and emergency

I attended your A&E as I had a memory lapse.

I was directed very quickly and efficiently to the urgent care centre and then back to A&E as I needed to be seen by a member of their team and have a brain scan.

I did not have a long wait between disciplines. The staff took the time to listen and the doctor came with my daughter and myself to the X-Ray dept so we did not have the stress of how to find it.

Thank you all for your wonderful care.

Thank you for your kind comments, we are working very hard to provide the highest standard of care possible and it is a pleasure to hear such positive feedback about our team. This will be shared with the ED team and the UCC team and will be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback.
Kind Regards
