"Very impressive A and E"

I was taken into PRUH by ambulance having fallen and incurred a dislocation fracture of my shoulder. I was in pain and quite shocked and they pushed me through quickly and tried to put the arm back in in A and E but in the end they did it that evening in theatre. Having heard so much negative information about the NHS and A and E in particular I was very impressed by how quickly I was seen and the kindness of the staff who were clearly under a lot of stress. It made me realise what a tremendous asset to the country the NHS is. I would definitely recommend this hospital.
