"waiting"

About: Circle Bath

I was given a appointment time of 6.50 a.m along with other patients, within a short time I was taken with the others to a waiting pod, quite promptly I was seen my the nurse followed by the surgeon, with no explanation when I would next be seen,I then sat in the pod for nearly six hours before taken for my 10 minute treatment,Dont quite under stand why this is so.

Patients are normally informed by their nurse on an approximate time of when they will be taken to theatre, we apologise that on this occasion you were not made aware of how long you would have to wait.
