so far i was refered in Dec 2015 and after feeling like a worthless no body and treated like i googled symptoms i still have no surgery date. many complaints and im ignored. i have brain aneurysm and they dont care i have such terrible headaches, single mother and working! i must just be a low life scum in their eyes. i am so disappointed and am worried they will stuff up the surgery, thats if i ever get a date! 8 months isnt good enough! plus all staff have been rude and very uncaring

It sounds like you have had an awful experience. There are a number of ways in which we could assist, in particular with regard to your appointment date.

I can assure you that we impress upon every member of staff our values, which begin with being respectful, to be caring in a holistic sense, looking after the family and carers as well as the patient, to be responsible where needed in communicating clearly, even if this is difficult and to be committed, committed to providing outstanding care at every opportunity.
