What I liked
I have Multiple Sclerosis so am a regular on the C1 ward the nurses are all lovely and do their best to keep me happy.
What could be improved
Their is a receptionist on the ward who needs training on how to smile. How to ask things nicely and not be sarcastic - ust because i have MS does not mean i am an invalid - i am 27 didnt ask for this and like to live as independantly as possible
Anything else?
People going through something like MS and are given IV steroids should be given the option to stay in hospital - in privacy this is the first time i am going in as a daycase for iv for 3 days i wasnt given the option to stay in which i would have liked as i have 2 young children at home.
