What could be improved

I have been trying to contact the Eye Hospital on the phone all day, at least 5 times in the last hour, 10 minutes a time. I am dismayed and disgusted at the total lack of customer service and was not surprised to see all the other comments from people sharing my experience.

If have been going to the Manchester Eye Hospital for a number of years now and I have to say the whole referral and booking system is a shambles in my opinion.

I used to go to the Western Eye Hospital in London and it was a pleasurable experience compared to this. Perhaps the management in Manchester should speak to there counterparts in London, surely it can't be that hard?
