About: Heartlands Hospital / Cardiology

After feeling unwell last month while out shopping I phoned for ambulance and was blue lighted to heartlands suffering a heart attack. As soon as I arrived I was taken straight to the caf lab given a angiagram and a stent placed. The doctors and nurses treated me with so much care and so professional explaining everything they were doing. I was taken onto the cardiac ward and again the care and kindness I was given was without doubt excelent. My after care was wonderful. I would like to thank eveyone doctors nurses staff for everything they have done for me. I am sorry for not sending this email earlier but I am so grateful to you all at heartlands hospital. Thank you.

I am so pleased to read that you felt you were treated with the utmost care and professionalism by our team of doctors and nurses involved in your care, and I will be delighted to ensure that your kind comments are highlighted to the Senior Nursing Team and Clinical Director for Cardiology. They will communicate and highlight your feedback to all of the Cardiology Team who work very hard to provide a positive patient experience.
