My daughter tripped down some steps and banged her head, causing bleeding to her lip and teeth. When helped getting up her eyes rolled and she went limp so we put her in the recovery position and called an ambulance who arrived really quickly which was impressive considering we were in a rural setting. John and Adrian arrived and took over, they were friendly and made my daughter at ease whilst checking her over and taking various observations and tests. They talked to her and made her laugh which was great to see and then they took her to the ambulance for additional observations and tests whilst talking to her who is 9 all the time. As parents you are obviously worried but there professionalism was excellent whilst being friendly. Thank you John and Adrian, you guys are fantastic.
