After staying all day in the Medical Assessment Unit, I was told I needed a scan because my blood was D dimer positive. The only appointment the Gwent could do was in 3 weeks time "Holidays". So I picked Neville Hall as that was in 2 weeks. The Hospital Doctor rang me at home last night to ask why had I not had a scan yet, I told her and she could not believe it. Why is a department so bad because of Holiday. Seems like and bad management and life threatening for some one.
