About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

I had an appointment at the Endoscopy unit at Queen Margaret Hospital. While I was very nervous about having this procedure, I would to thank all the staff I dealt with from the booking in staff to the nursing staff and the doctor, for the very caring and professional way I was treated and reassured at every step of the process. The unit was very modern clean and tidy. Thank you one and all for making this not the ordeal I thought it was going to be.
