The staff do a brilliant job.. but they seem to forget it's night time and sick people would love to sleep. .but we can't because the staff don't know how to use their little voices. ..

We're very sorry about this - we do have a campaign under way to help avoid unnecessary noise at night so that patients can sleep.

When you get to read this comment, please consider asking to speak with the nurse in charge or the on-call matron covering your ward to discuss your concerns.

They won't be upset or difficult with you - they will want to help get things sorted.

And we know that the nurses who may have been causing the problem will have been unaware, so getting their understanding will be important too.

That said, we do hope that you managed to get some sleep in the end.
