What I liked

This is just to say how nice it was of the cancer centre secretary to contact me asking how I was getting on following my treatment of radiotheropy at Mount Vernon make anybody feel good just to know that a patient is just not a number and it shows that there are caring people around making one feel better thank you

We’re sorry that it’s taken this long to respond to your comments – a technical fault within the NHS Choices system until now had prevented us from doing so.

That said, however, your comments were a pleasure to read – we are very proud of our staff at the cancer centre, who enjoy a great reputation for going that extra mile when it comes to caring for and supporting their patients.

Your experience is typical of the dedication and compassion they have for their patients.
