About: Queen Elizabeth I I Hospital (Welwyn Garden City)

I wrote a review on 11 February and had a response with message and email address to reply.

This email address is not valid as message is being returned.

I have tried twice now.

There is no other contact number or email address given.

I did also write a letter in August last year with no reply.

The email address you would have been given is generalenquiries.enh-tr@nhs.net - we've checked this email service and it is working fine - we get multiple emails a day through this route as it is also promoted widely as a main point of contact via the Trust's website.

All we can suggest is try using the email again in case in typing it out in response to your original NHS Choices comment it was wrong.
