To long waiting time over a hour every time not good as other patient coming in after you and going in before me not right

Sounds like you're really unhappy with what's being happening, which we would like to see followed up - there may be very good, valid reasons why someone gets seen apparently more quickly than others.
It's probably easiest if you contact us via our generalenquiries.enh-tr@nhs.net so we can get one of the senior team at Mount Vernon to contact you directly so that they can listen to your concerns.
Hopefully you will do that for us.
