"No one answered my call"

About: Lister Hospital

My father was taken into hospital today, to i believe Lister. Despite several phonecalls to the hospital i was put through to A&E each time where i was left with a phone that rang and rang, the second time i let it ring for close to 10 minutes with still no reply or any message as to whether i was in a queue or not. Simply unnacceptable. i am some distance from Lister so cannot get there straight away, i do not know how my dad is, where he is or what is happenning with him. As well as being very concerned for him i am also disgusted with the systems (or lack of ) that you have in place. Sadly i am not in the position of taking my custom elsewhere.
