As a kidney patient i have been to several hospital for the pass 22 yrs and I can say
that the QE2 urgent care department is far below standard.
In brief I went in with a broken ankle and was seen straight away by the receptionist and thought great i will only be an hour as the waiting room only had one person in front off me,
how wrong i was, after the person in front off me was seen and left which was after 20min, i had to wait and wait, so after an hour and twenty mins i went and asked why i had not been seen as the place was so empty, and the reply i got was she was doing paper work and said i had only been waiting one hour and twenty min as she carried on with her paper work.
when i said i felt that the care off the patient should come before paper she did not agree and carried on with the paper work, and when i asked for her name to make a formal complaint she refused and said just tell pal what time and department, so i ended up leaving with out see anyone for treatment. I have never had such bad treatment from the nhs. and i am think about going to the local radio station bbc 3county
"This has to be the worst hospital i have ever..."
