I found that the some Consultants try to get you through so fast they are not giving you the correct diagnosis. This happend to me and I made a complaint and got a second opinion. After a scan they found a tuma

What could be improved

The pressure on Doctors must be reduced, they will say it is the cost and they cannot afford to do this. This is not correct as we can have an excellence NHS if they only looked at their service and costs etc. I have now retired and would do this for Free as it was my job on the private market. For examply some point

stop using cleaning, catering maintance contract staff, this gives massive profit to their employers and the hospital pays all this profit.

No nurse should be used as a cleark or calling in patiens this should be non-medical staff and leave the trained staff for what they are trained for. I can go on and on but we do have the money in the NHS for a 1st class service but the managers just do not know how to manage it.
