Went for an insect biite which escalated out of control for some reason.
Minor injury clinic.
Short waiting time, well thought out process to register.
Very friendly and knowledgeable nurse explained Eveything clearly and performed appropriate treatment.
First class service comparable to a private clinic.
Parking extortionate for the area.
Can't blame current Managment for that.

Thanks for the feedback, which we can see is about the minor injuries service on the Mount Vernon Hospital site, which we don't run (we manage the cancer centre nearby).
But we'll try our best to pas on your feedback though.
