"Heart problems"

About: Pilgrim Hospital

A&E : Staff were respectful and caring at all times credit to them but their working conditions were intolerable,no air conditioning, cramped cubicles and just run off their feet.

Consultant and doctors: Excellent communication skills with a good sense of humour

Acute unit ward : staff again do a very demanding work with caring, dedication and a good sense of camaraderie,( we had two nurses both brilliant )thank also to the cleaning person.

The big big trouble is the old building and lack of support equipment ,we need to get off our backside and make the government invest in the NHS.

For the two nurses (Come the revolution ).

Big thank you

Dear Robert,

Thank you for taking the time to feed back. We are delighted that despite the busy environment, the nurses and doctors were kind and considerate. Unfortunately, we are having an extremely high attendance rate to the department. We are also working hard on recruitment the of nurses and doctors.

We had an issue with the air conditioning and we are hoping to have this resolved very soon.

Kindest Regards

Kelly Harwood
