I was an in-patient at the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery between 19th and 22nd August 2016.
The skill and dedication of the Medical, Surgical and Nursing Teams (particularly on the Bernard Sunley Ward) was extraordinary.
Thoroughly professional, clearly efficient and undoubtedly dedicated, everyone I encountered was an example to their peers.
Although my surgery was fairly onerous, the information and reassurance I received beforehand armed me with all the detail I needed to make an informed decision.
This, alongside the exemplary nursing care I received post-op in the Bernard Sunley ward made my recuperation a lot more comfortable and bearable.
I would have no hesitation recommending the National Hospital of Neurology and Neurosurgery to anyone who thinks they may need their services - outstanding.
