About: Northern General Hospital

I attended the Endoscopy unit last night, 23/08/16, and i just wanted to say how caring and considerate all the staff were.The sister that clerked me in was thorough, compassionate and understanding of my anxieties.The staff that were involved in my procedure 2 nurses and a doctor were wonderful in a situation that i was terrified of they made me feel safe and secure and were excellant communicators, it is not the nicest thing i had done but they made a bad situation better by their care and understanding. Thank you so very much
