I attended the radiology department today for a bone SPECT CT scan. My overall impression of my visit was that the professionalism and care has been superior to other hospitals I have been treated in, which consists mainly of small private hospitals. All the staff I spoke to were very courteous and helpful, the process was explained clearly and I was given plenty of opportunity to ask questions if I wanted. I was seen early for both appointments. I was incredibly impressed with the care shown by staff. The only thing that let the hospital down was the state of the ladies toilets in the main entrance and the excessive parking charges taking advantage of those in need of medical care, or visitors of those under medical care.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback on your recent visit to the radiology department.

I'm sorry to read that the ladies toilet in main reception was not the standard we would expect. They are inspected at regular intervals but unfortunately the team aren't able to be constantly present.

Thank you for your comments on the car parking charges. All the money from car parking is placed back into the hospital services and has allowed us to build the additional car parking spaces that opened so the pressure on spaces was eased slightly.
