What I liked
I cannot fault the care and treatment I received on Dorrell Ward. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the nurses and the domestic staff. The ward was really clean and everyone used the hand gel at the bedside.
What could be improved
Other patients washing their hands after using the toilet - I know they didn't as they were out of the door before the toilet had finished flushing!
