a wonderful hospital , the staff and doctors are over worked , but still treat me like the only patient they have . the nurses have true compassion and treat me with respect.
i would not want my chemo treatment in any other hospital

How kind of you to get in touch. Whilst we'll pass your thanks on to the team at Mount Vernon, would you consider doing them a further favour?
On 19 October a team of inspectors from the Care Quality Commission will be reviewing our hospitals - which includes the cancer centre.
They want to hear directly the experiences of our patients, which you can do online (http://www.cqc.org.uk/content/east-and-north-hertfordshire-nhs-trust-please-share-your-experience).
