Visited this day unit this morning to have an occipital nerve root block injection. It was my first visit and I have to say 10/10 for: cleanliness, staffs smiling faces, organised and efficient, reassuring advice and support. From the receptionist to the theatre staff to the gentleman cleaner and the lovely lady who brings the tea and toast - everyone showed pride in their ward and their patients. I never felt like a number but a human being with feelings. Everything that EVERY hospital in Essex & Suffolk should be. 'They carry the Olympic torch for all others to look up to'
I would be more than happy to be referred for other treatments to this hospital.
Keep up the excellent work. I also have to say I just love your soft speaking Suffolk dialect, it puts you at ease from the moment you greet each and everyone.
