I rang my doctors 11. 30 for a emergency appointment. left my mobile number for a call from doctor as I stated emergency. I heard nothing so I called a taxi and went to the surgery as my breathing was worse. The receptionist adviced me
My number had been taken down incorrectly she would have to advise the doctor again to call me
I asked could I wait there as I had to get a taxi there she said it may be a while as there were six more urgent calls to make before myself
I have emphasemi and have had 2 respirotary failures in the last year my mobility is poor as she could see
I returned home phone 111 was taken to hospital by ambulance before the doctor rang me at 3. 30
The lady was rude not interested we were the only people in the surgery my friend advised her I lived alone was not mobile
I will return to the surgery and make a for, al complaint ....
My life in there hands
