"Reception staff not great"

Reception staff 90% of the time are rude and have zero skills in dealing with patients. Struggle to get through on he phones, which is understandable, so decided to drop by the surgery to make an appt. Waited nearly 15 minutes in a queue at Reception whilst the Receptionist was dealing with a patient. Not once did they acknowledge those waiting in the queue, to apologise for the delay, or attempt to phone/find some help for the front desk. Walked out without making the appt that I needed. And this isn't the first time.
