After having a miscarriage a month ago were i attended the COCH early pregnancy unit just recieved a phone call this afternoon advising me i had missed my scan appointment?! Is this the most disorganised / uncompassionate hospital that just do not communicate and update appointments. The member of staff advised me that no notes were written on the system that the miscarriage had occurred or when i was last in. Please update your records EPU COCH and get your act together to avoid this in the future!! As if its not hard enough dealing with loss never mind incompetent staff that call me to advise i have missed my scan appointment!
"COMPLETE LACK OF COMMUNICATION IN THIS HOSPITAL!!"
