In view of constantly changing regulations and shortage of staff at times, it is a miracle that these dedicated members of staff managed to complete their tasks. The staff were always pleasant never complained but just did not have the time to stop - answer questions or offer advice as they literally ran from one task to another. They all deserve a medal for tenacity and devotion to duty.
