With an elderly woman who suffers dementia and can get agitated at any time, after a long wait for a doctor to attend to her we had to wait five hours for transportation to her care home. How possible that from 6pm to 11 pm no transport? very frustrating and annoying! plus from the beginning I had to ask for food for her since morning that she was waiting to be attended to! Very bad and sad. Horrible experience.
