(as a parent/guardian),

Attended Royal Hospital for Children Glasgow with our 6 year old son. Extremely positive experience. As parents we felt very reassured that Josh was being well looked throughout his whole journey. From Mr Haddock, the surgeon, the very reassuring anaesthetists and Lucy and Emma the young nurses who looked after him, you were all fabulous. Person centred care at its best 😊 A big thank you too to Jackie, the play leader who helped ensure that Josh was occupied for the good few hours before theatre ~ Thank you all

Thank you for taking the time to post on Patient Opinion. I am pleased to read that you and your son has such a positive experience during his treatment. Attending hospital for treatment is an anxious time for an adult, let alone a child and I can tell from what you have said that our staff provided you with the reassurance that you needed whilst Josh was in our care.

Thank you for your kinds words about our staff. I will make sure they are passed on as the staff will be delighted to receive such positive feedback.

I hope Josh is now recovering well as home.
